How do I change an order?
If you've made a mistake on your order and there is something you wish to change, contact us via email with your name and order number as soon as you can. We will do our best to change it for you.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns - we are a small business and everything is made to order, therefore it wouldn't be feasible for us to offer returns. If you have any queries regarding sizing before you make your purchase, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will help you as best we can!
Where is our clothing made?
We design and produce all of our clothing ourselves. We use 100% organic cotton materials that have been manufactured in ethical conditions - the workers who produce our base materials are protected under the Fair Wear Foundation. Our clothing is made with the future in mind and will stay in great condition for years to come.
What printing method do we use?
We use a heat press and high quality vinyl to create the designs on our products. The vinyl we use is OEKO-TEX accredited, meaning the production is environmentally friendly. The raw materials used to make the vinyl are REACH compliant, chemical free from heavy metals, formaldehydes and organic tin compounds. The backing of the vinyl is also recyclable.
Why organic cotton?
By choosing to use products made from organic cotton, we are not supporting the use of chemicals in crop production. The main benefit of organic cotton is that our customers will be receiving healthier, chemical free fabric, which also feels super soft too!
Why fair wear foundation clothing?
We choose to use fabrics that were manufactured in good working conditions because we care about the well being of the workers in our supply chain.
Are all of your products ethical?
We currently offer a full range of ethical clothing and are working hard to create a catalogue with 100% ethical products.
Proceeds made from any product without the FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION seal of approval will go towards helping improve conditions for workers at garment factories in third world countries.
Why do we only stock a limited range of colours?
We only have a very small premises which unfortunately means we are unable to have a wide range of stock. We will be gradually implementing many more colour, size & design choices as we push onwards.

We ship worldwide.
How long will shipping take?
Our clothing and tote bags are made to order, therefore we aim to ship all orders within 4 working days of them being placed. This may vary depending on the time of the year, particularly around Christmas.
We have a range of items that take longer to be produced and these can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. This is stated on the descriptions of these items.
For UK customers shipping should take 1-2 days. International orders usually take between 7-10 days.

What if I receive a faulty item?
We check all orders carefully before shipping, but, mistakes happen. If you do receive a faulty item please let us know through or contact page that can be found HERE. Make sure to provide us your order number & name and we will organise a replacement for you. We do not accept any exchanges or offer refunds if the mistake is made on behalf of the buyer. All sales are final.
I haven't received my item yet?
If you haven't received your item within the typical delivery period, please let us know and we will look into this for you.
What sizes are your t-shirts?
We have a link to the sizing chart on each item page which will help you decide which size will fit best.
How do I take care of my item?
Make sure you iron your garment inside out and machine wash separately on a 20° wash ideally but maximum 30° cycle. Dry on a low heat setting, and do not dry clean or bleach. Follow these instructions correctly in order to keep your garment in great shape. Each purchase comes a set of wash and care instructions on the item's label.
If the design is creased during the delivery process, give the garment a quick iron inside out.
Can I send the item as a gift?
Yes you can - we offer a gift wrapping service that can be applied at the checkout for £1.99. Your items will be wrapped in yellow paper and packaged in a box. This saves you time if they're intended to be a gift - if you put your recipient's address as the shipping address, it will be delivered directly to them too!
